Usually Koreans will invite you to eat with their family and if so, a polite table manner is to say '잘 먹겠습니다[chal mok-getssumnida] before eating, which literally means. 'I will have a delicious meal.' After you finish your meal, another good table manner is to thank your host or hostess by saying, '잘 먹었습니다.[chal mogot-ssumnida] or '맛있게 먹었습니다.'[masit-ge mogot-ssumnida]
